In addition to the government, academics, as a component of the nation's children, must take an important role in this program through community service so that the presence of academics will be greatly felt by the community, especially fostered citizens. Of course, academics cannot run alone; they must synergize with other components, both social activists and business people who can help fund community service programs. So that the synergy will produce an excellent portfolio, especially in the field of empowerment of prison-assisted citizens. Through the social entrepreneurship training program, it is hoped that it can provide provisions to the assisted residents of the Pondok Bambu Class 1 Detention Center and also provide wider inspiration so that all parties can take a role so that the sustainability of empowerment can continue to be carried out.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Chrisbiantoro Chrisbiantoro, Ahmad Fanani Rosyidi, Jakfar Rafki Abdul Azizhttps://ubk.lppm.site/JPMSIPO/index.php/research/article/view/24Microsoft Power BI untuk Analisis Data Pembelajaran Siswa di SMK Reformasi Kota Jakarta Barat2024-04-29T16:10:50+00:00Ariyani Wardhanaariyani.wardhana@mercubuana.ac.idAnton Hindardjoanton.hindardjo@mercubuana.ac.idMuhammad Irvanmuhammad.irvan@mercubuana.ac.id
Data analysis is very crucial nowadays. Educational Institutions in order to improve services and better understand the conditions of the learning process of their students need more in-depth data analysis in order to get an overview of the condition of student learning outcomes, obstacles experienced, and opportunities to improve the quality and service of Education for their students. Data analysis can be done quite easily using power BI, where the raw data to be used can be in the form of excel that has been used by SMK Reformasi before. This will make it easier for partners to improve condition assessments with minimal changes to existing systems and more optimal efforts. On the occasion of this community service activity, we will explain and guide the teachers of SMK Reformasi so that they can use power BI to make reports and analyze data on their students. With increased understanding and application of deeper data analysis, it is expected to be able to apply the most appropriate teaching method for each subject taught. This will certainly have an impact on student learning outcomes and student satisfaction and parents as well as increased competition and reputation of SMK Reformasi.
2024-04-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Ariyani Wardhana, Anton Hindardjo, Muhammad Irvanhttps://ubk.lppm.site/JPMSIPO/index.php/research/article/view/25Strategi Pemasaran Berbasis Selfie Untuk Meningkatkan Daya Saing UMKM di Kecamatan Pondok Aren Kota Tangsel 2024-04-29T16:12:03+00:00Anton Hindardjoanton.hindardjo@mercubuana.ac.idPutri Andari Ferrantiputri.andari@mercubuana.ac.idSri Marti Pramudenadena_pramu@mercubuana.ac.idEri Marlapaeri.marlapa@mercubuana.ac.id
This case study investigates the adoption of selfie-based marketing strategies by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the District Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City. The research primarily focuses on the utilization of selfies as branding tools, the personalization of content through Augmented Reality (AR) technology, and the safeguarding of consumer data security. Contrary to viewing selfies merely as a trend, this study identifies them as a crucial element in establishing a robust brand image. The integration of consumer selfies serves as a key strategy for extending consumer identities into the digital sphere, fostering deeper engagement between consumers and brands and cultivating an ongoing emotional connection. AR technology enhances content personalization, enabling consumers to interact with brands via customized facial filters, thereby making the consumer experience more distinctive and relevant.
